Brian Ssenyondo, the head coach of Kitara Football Club, clinched the title of the Uganda Premier League’s best coach for September and October at the Pilsner Monthly Awards held at Kati Kati.
Ssenyondo triumphed over strong contenders like Abbey Kikomeko from BUL FC and Hussein Mbalangu from NEC FC.
Both Ssenyondo’s Kitara FC and Abbey Kikomeko’s BUL FC secured five wins out of the five matches played between September and October.
However, Ssenyondo gets he nod with an overwhelming 77% of the online fan votes over Kikomeko.

Alex Kitata, the forward for BUL FC, emerged as the Pilsner Player of the Month for September and October, surpassing competitors like Maroons’ Fred Amaku, who scored 3 goals, and Kitara’s Dennis Omedi, also with 3 goals to his credit.
