Kefa Kisala has been named on the new technical team of KCCA FC.
At KCCA, Kisala will work under new head coach Abdallah Mubiru as his first assitant coach.
Kisala is a former KCCA FC player who played for the Cityzens from 1997 to 2000.
Kisala has previously coached Kitayosce FC and Fountain Gate in Tanzania. Locally, he has coached Express FC, Wakiso Giants, Masaka LC, BUL FC, and URA FC.
The 13-times Uganda Premier League (UPL) Champions started the season on a very low note, collecting just four points form seven games, also losing their first five opening games in the process.
In a bid to turn things around, the club resolved to parting ways with their Portuguese coach, Sergio Daniel Traguil in October before appointing Mubiru on Monday, November 13.
Jackson Magera, who has been in charge as the interim basis will take up the role of second assistant coach at the Lugogo based club.
