Uganda Premier League side URA FC has revealed their squad for the new season and appointed utility player Hudu Mulikyi as the team captain.
Mulikyi takes the role from Goalkeeper Nafian Alionzi who left for Ethiopia.
URA FC has been busy in the on going transfer window as they seek to beef up there squad after losing a number of first team players.
Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Ibrahim Wammanah, Moses Aliro, Shariph Kimbowa, Laban Tibita, Okech Emmanuel, Enock Walusimbi, Namanya Norman, Sekibengo Godfrey, Omedwa Rogers, Denis Otim are among the signings made by the club.
Among those who departed the club is Goalkeeper and Skipper Nafian Alionzi, Derrick Ndahiro, Benjamin Nyakoojo, Kabon Living, Leku Alfred among other exits.
The FUFA Super Eight finalists were greeted with a sad news ahead of the season after the demise of there head coach Sam Timbe on the eve of their Super Eight semi final with KCCA last month.
They will get there season underway against UPDF FC on Sunday 17th at the Bombo Barracks Ground before hosting Gaddafi FC at the Mehta Stadium on Friday 22nd.
