Uganda Premier League (UPL) entity Gaddafi FC have announced their 27-man squad alongside a new shirt sponsor, Nile International Hospital, for the season 2023/2024.

The Soldier Boys shall wear Nile International at the front of their match jerseys, and the hospital will offer full medical cover for the players and club officials on a one year renewable contract.

The team will be under the tutelage of David Mutono, assisted by Felix Ssekabuuza, Kigundu Ali as the goalkeeping coach and Jimmy Jalendo as the fitness coach.

Siraji Bogere will take charge of the junior team while Simon Muswasa, Isaac Muyanga, Precious Edrine Mutebe and Patricia Mukite will be the trainer, kits man, team doctor and physio therapist respectively.

The team will be captained by Ibrahim Kiyimba assisted by Ronald Bithum l and Douglas Bithum respectively.

Gaddafi FC’s season starts this Sunday 17th September against defending champions Vipers SC at Gaddafi Arena.
