Former Sofapaka goalkeeper, Jimmy Kanakulya who was at Arua Hill last season is set to join city rivals Onduparaka.
Arua Hill are yet to announce the departure of the player, neither have the Caterpillars declared his arrival, but reliable sources have indicated that the goalkeeper has agreed a short term deal with the Caterpillars, that will see him transfer from Barifa to Greenlight.
Kanakulya was spotted in a pre-season behind closed doors friendly game at Greenlight Stadium.
Last season in the Uganda Premier League (UPL), Arua Hill finished in an impressive fourth position out of 15 teams, and Onduparaka was the fifteenth.

With 44 points from 28 games, the Leopards finished eleven positions and 22 points above the Caterpillars who collected only 22 points to face relegation.
The goalkeeper has however forsaken the UPL football for the Big League, he has made up his mind to move to Greenlight from Barifa.
The shot stopper had just joined Arua Hill from Lugazi Municipal FC in January, and his contract indicated that he would stay at the club for a year, but he has left the club with months still to go.
Kanakulya was frustrated with limited playing time, he made just one league appearance for Arua Hill last season. He was the third preferred choice in goal for the Kongolo, after Richard Anyama and Rodgers Omedwa.
At Onduparaka, Kanakulya will battle for the starting berth with Mathias Okello and Norman Angufindru, if he stays, as reports were strongly linking him to SC Villa.
Junior Andama is the other Arua Hill who has also crossed to Onduparaka from Arua Hill I’m this transfer window. Meanwhile, Rodgers Okumu moved from Onduparaka to Arua Hill.
