Mawokota will be hoping to pick back to back wins when they visit Ssese this Saturday in the ongoing Masaza Cup competition.
Coached by Richard Malinga, Mawokota picked a deserved 3-0 win over Kabula last weekend in a game held at their home in Buwama.
Goals from Joseph Kayondo, Godfrey Okumu and Brian Muwayira ensured that Mawokota bagged maximum points.
That win, their third this year saw them end their winless streak that had seen them go four consecutive games without testing any victory.
They moved to 12 points in the second position but also have similar points with leaders Gomba in the Muganzirwaza group.
Against Sesse, there will be no room for error as they keep sights on the top spot.
They will be seeking to stun a side that denied them maximum points when they met at Buwama in the first meeting.
On the other hand, Ssese will be seeking to close the gap at the top when they welcome Mawokota on Saturday.
Ssese are currently fourth in the Muganzirwaza group with nine points but are mathematically not far from the top as they are three points below the top two sides.
They picked a vital point against Busiro following their 1-1 draw last weekend at Wakisha grounds.
And now, there will be no room for error as they keep eyes on closing the gap to keep up in the race of getting out of the group stages.
