Express FC have signed youngster John Asiimwe, The-SportsNation has learnt.

Asiimwe joins the Red Eagles from Prosper Soccer Academy, with the deal pending official unveiling.

Asiimwe was outstanding with Prosper SA at the FUFA Juniors League National Championships in Njeru earlier this month.

He was on target against Mbarara City Junior team, and had attracted interest from Wakiso Giants and Gaddafi.

The St Henry’s Kitovu player is a midfielder who is more effective on the left side.

The Red Eagles have already unveiled Seif Batte and Alpha Ssali, while Emmanuel Wasswa, Isaac Wagoina, Andrew Kawooya, Brian Majwega, Aaron Stuart Mutebi have also joined the Club.
