Three Uganda Premier League clubs are in contention to land the signature of striker Ronald Ssempala, The-SportsNation can confirm.
The said clubs are URA FC, new League entrants NEC FC and record champions SC Villa.
Ssempala is a free agent after ending his short stay at FUFA Big League side Police FC, a side he joined this year in the January transfer window.
And it has been understood that the striker has been training with URA for the past weeks, with the deal imminent.

But two other Uganda premier League sides in NEC FC and SC Villa are also interested in capturing Ssempala’s signature.
Ssempala joined Bright Stars back then in 2019 joining from Nkambi Coffee. But in 2021, he suffered an injury that kept him out for almost close to a year.
And after recovering earlier this year in January, he joined Big League side Police FC for a six months deal.

Back then, he also featured for Kiyinda Boys and. Ssingo in the Masaza cup competition.
He is gifted with pace, an eye for goal , good first touch and he will be expected to add that to any of his new team that will emerge with a better offer.
