It will be a top of table clash as Buddu welcome Buwekula at the Masaka Recreation grounds in the ongoing Masaza Cup competition.

The two sides are tied on same points (12) in the Masengere group but with Buddu on top with a better goal difference than second placed Buwekula.

Buddu, playing at home in Masaka will also be seeking for revenge against a Buwekula team that handed them their first ever loss in this year’s edition.

They have picked back to back wins with each coming against Buluuli and Kooki respectively and with all the games coming away from home.

They return home with hopes of extending that good run to maintain their leadership at the top.

For Buwekula, they have been a stubborn side in this year’s edition and it’s not a surprise to be in their current position.

They have beaten big sides in Buddu and with Kyadondo being the latest victim last weekend on Sunday.

Against Buddu, they will be seeking to complete a double against them and also leapfrog them at the top.

Elsewhere, struggling Mawokota will be hoping to end their winless streak when they host Kabula at Buwama.

Mawokota, coached by Richard Malinga are winless in their last four games, with a goalless against Busiro last weekend being their latest game.

It has been a poor run for Mawokota, who started this year’s edition with two victories including one against defending champions Busiro.

And pressure is now on head coach Malinga to deliver , starting with Sunday’s home game against Kabula at home in Buwama.

Mawokota are second with nine points and there must be a reaction against Kabula, who are bottom in the Muganzirwaza group with five points.
