Kabuye, an exciting attacking midfielder made his Uganda Premier League debut while featuring for Kyetume FC in 2017.

He later on moved to Mbarara City in 2018 that was then coached by Charles Livingstone Mbabazi before later switching to Arua Hill last year in 2022.

At Arua Hill, he has been with the Kongolo Boys for the last two campaigns in the top flight.

But his time at Arua Hill has been limited due to lack of game time, injuries and competiton in the midfield that had players like Gaddafi Wahab.

At Police, he becomes the second official signing after right back Allan Bukenya, who recently joined the club this week.

The club recently parted ways with their head coach Angelo Lonyesi, who was with them last campaign, where they missed out on gaining UPL promotion after finishing fourth in the Big League.

And they are now seeking to assemble a more competitive team as they look forward to gaining a return to the Uganda Premier League next season.
