Allan Bukenya: Police Start Unveiling With Defender

Defender Allan Bukenya has joined Police FC from Katwe United, the Cops have confirmed.

The full back will stay at the club until atleast 2025 after penning a two-year employment contract.

Besides Katwe, the defender has also previously played for Kyetume FC and Soana FC Junior Team.

Bukenya is only Police’s first officially unveiled player, but TheSportsNation has established that the club has signed a number of other new players.

Derrick Onyai, Edward Kasibante and Robert ‘Sizzo’ Otim from have all signed for the Cops from Kataka.

Striker Isaac Ogwang and attacking midfielder Ivan Eyamu from Arua Hill have all agreed terms to join Police.

Police only narrowly missed out on Uganda Premier League qualification last season. The Cops fell three points short, as they finished fourth with 54 points from 30 games. NEC, that that took the third and last qualification slot finished with 57 points. Police now want to try again this season.
