FUFA Big League side Police FC have signed Arua Hill striker Isaac Ogwang, The-SportsNation has learnt.
The Striker joins the Cops from Arua Hill after just one season with Livingston Mbabazi coached side.
Ogwang last season joined the Kongolo from SC Villa, he previously featured for Gomba Lions in the Masaza Cup.
He becomes the second Arua Hill player to join Police FC after Ivan Eyamu both pending official announcement.

Police FC is beefing their squad ahead of the FUFA Big League as they seek to gain promotion to the Uganda Premier League after missing out on the last day last season.
The then Angelo Lonyesi side finished fourth behind NEC FC, Mbarara City and Champions Kitara FC.
Head Coach Lonyesi was since relieved off his duties together with his backroom staff with Mark Twinamatsiko crossing over to Booma FC as the Head Coach.

Ogwang joins a long list of players who have departed Arua Hill.
Goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa was unveiled by URA FC, Centre Back partnership of Skipper Rashid Toha and Bright Joseph Vuni also moved on to Police FC in Kenya and UPDF FC respectively while Leftback Richard Matovu joined defending champions Vipers.
Allan Mugalu signed for new entrants NEC FC, Innocent Media joined Italian Serie C side Lucero Calcio.
