Uganda Cranes and KCCA FC forward Rogers Mato Kassim has joined Turkish Second division side Sanliurfa.
Rogers Mato was absent as KCCA FC announced their official squad ahead of 2023/24 season at the MTN Omondi Stadium.
Mato joined KCCA FC at the start of the the 2021/22 season inking a four years contract from Proline FC.
The forward’s performance last season was outstanding for KCCA FC as he scored 15 goals across all competition and he was KCCA FC top scorer.
Sanliurfa sports club is a Turkish club that plays in the TFF second league.
The Uganda cranes hero against Tanzania in the AFCON qualifiers also featured for Dynamic SS in the Copa Coca cola.
Mato joins Allan Okello, Mustafa Kizza, Benjamin Ochan, Geoffrey Wasswa, Brian Majwega among others to depart KCCA FC.
Emmanuel Alex Wasswa and Ssenoga Muhammad Kagawa were both sent out on loan at Express FC and Wakiso Giants respectively.
