Onduparaka FC, shortly after confirming a new head coach for the new season, has also named the full backroom staff.
The club named their former striker Caeser Okhuti as head coach, and he will be deputized by Omar Abdul Muhamedin.
Omar has been working as Arua City FC CEO, but was not very far from the Caterpillars’ set up, he was in charge of the club for some games towards the end of the season.
The people Okhuti will work with are not new to him and the club, Ramadhan Okuni, who has been appointed fitness coach was working alongside Okhuti at Arua Hill last season. Okuni is also a former player at Onduparaka.

Ibrahim Kongo will retain his position as goalkeeping coach at the club, and so will Joseph Video and Hope Letasi stay as team doctor and welfare manager, respectively.

Onduparaka endured a disastrous 2022/23 season, in which they got relegated to the second division after finishing last on the 15-team table, having accumulated only 22 points from 28 games.
Technically, the Caterpillars are now counting on Okhuti and his team to resucitate Arua and Westnile’s most supported team.
