Four Ugandans have been unveiled at Rwanda Premier League side Kiyovu Sports Club.
The list includes three players in Brian Kalumba, goalkeeper Emmanuel Kalyowa, Sulaiman Mulumba and Hassan Zzungu, who joins the side as the assistant coach.
Kalumba joins the Rwandan side on a three years deal as a free agent, having ended his stay at UPL side Gaddafi FC.

Kalumba made his League debut in 2019 at Vipers, but had limited time at Kitende due to competition before he was later loaned out to UPDF FC.
For goalkeeper Kalyowa, he also crosses to Rwanda on a three years contract, after ending his stay at BUL FC where he has been for the past seasons.
The goalkeeper is remembered for helping BUL FC win the Stanbic Uganda Cup title in the 2021/22 season when they beat Vipers SC 3-1 in the finals that were held in Masindi.

Offensive midfielder Mulumba is the other player who was officially unveiled at Kiyovu on a three years deal and he joins the side from Kampala regional club Lungujja Galaxy FC
Zzungu was also unveiled as the assistant coach to former SC Villa Greek coach Petros Koukouras who was appointed head coach last month.

Before his new move, Zzungu has been working as an assistant to Wasswa Bbosa at Gaddafi FC. — He also guided Gaddafi FC to their maiden League promotion back then in 2020.
Last season, Kiyovu finished second in the league, level on points (63) with eventual champions APR in what was a disappointing season for the Kigali based side.
And all these new additions are aimed at assembling a better squad that will compete come next season.
