*Rogers Omeddwa
*Laban Tibita
*Ivan Mayanja
*Enock Walusimbi
*Ivan Ahimbisibwe
Attacking midfielder Ivan Mayanja is among the six players that are set to be unveiled by Uganda premier League side URA FC.
It has been understood that Mayanja put pen to paper a two years deal and his official unveiling is only pending.
Mayanja joins the Tax Men from Express, a side he joined way back in 2020 from regional side CATDA FC.
And in his first season at the club, he helped them win the Uganda Premier League title and the CECAFA Kagame Cup.
Unlike in his first season where he faced stiff competition, Mayanja has been a main stay at Express and he has put up good performances that attracted URA to go for his signature.
The other players joining the long list of new arrivals at URA include forward Sharif Kimbowa and goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa.
Kimbowa joins from Wakiso Giants where he has been for the past two seasons while Omedwa is a free agent after ending his stay at Arua Hill.
Attacking midfielder Laban Tibita from Busoga United is the other player that is set to be unveiled.
Tibita had a good campaign last season and was named the best midfielder of the season.
Defender Enock Walusimbi, who ended his stay at Scottish side Peterhead is the other new addition at URA while striker Ivan Ahimbisibwe from UPDF FC is the other player set to be unveiled.
URA have been busy in this transfer window and they have already confirmed eight signings.
Among the already unveiled players include Norman Namanya, Kisiriko Denis Luzige, John Innocent Kisolo, Amis Bwangani, Godfrey Ssekibengo, Moses Aliro, Ibrahim Wamannah and goalkeeper Otim Denis.
