Attacking midfielder Allan Mugalu is set to join new Uganda premier League side NEC FC.
It has been understood that the player agreed terms with the Bugolobi based side, with only his official unveiling pending.
And the midfielder has been training with the club for the past weeks at Bugolobi.
Mugalu has been an impressive player during his time at Arua Hill.
He was a key player as Arua Hill earned League promotion in 2021 as they went unbeaten in regular Big League campaign, under the stewardship of Hussein Mbalangu.
And even the previous seasons, under Livingstone Mbabazi, Mugalu proved to be a main stay in Arua Hill’s starting XI, given his outstanding performances.
At NEC , he will be reuniting with his former coach Mbalangu, with whom they worked with during their days at Arua Hill.
NEC have already unveiled former Calvary FC captain Ronald Ogenga as their first signing in this transfer market.
They are also linked with a couple of players, including another free agent goalkeeper Richard Anyama, who also ended his stay at Arua Hill.
NEC, who earned promotion to the top flight League next season will be coached by Hussein Mbalangu, who will be assisted by Dudu Bosco.
