Korea-Uganda Youth Camp 2023 Climax In Jinja

The Korea-Uganda Youth Camp successfully climaxed on Saturday at the Haven Hotel in Jinja.

The four-day Camp, organised by the Korean Embassy in Uganda, attracted 19 students including eight Koreans.

The camp activities were designed to acquaint participants with mostly Korean cultures.

This, is one of the steps the Embassy has taken to continue creating mutual understanding between the two Countries.

It comes on the back of a couple of activities held recently to celebrate the 60 years of Korea-Uganda diplomatic relations.

While in Jinja, the participants were taken through activities like Korean Movie Night, Taekwondo Exercises, K-pop, K-food, K-Quiz among others.

The students were also introduced to ODA from Korea including Saemaeul Undong and also taken through the Grand Korean Scholarship explanation.
