In June then, the Franchise’s President Jeff Teya Nyagenya resigned from his role, then leaving with the two teams in the Lower Divisions.

Then Technical Director Fredricks ‘Freedom’ Owora remained in charge the two NBL teams.

Nyagenya renamed the two teams JT Jaguars (Men) and JT Lady Jaguars (Women).

Some Players from the JKL Lady Dolphins including Zainah Lokwameri and Namuwaya Muhayimuna joined Nyagenya at JT Lady Jaguars in Lower Division.

Fast forward, the JT Lady Jaguars won the Division One unbeaten to earn NBL Women promotion last season.

The JT Jaguars (Men) were promoted from Division Two to Division One.
