In the fight for table leadership, Heathens host Kobs in a game that promises to be nothing but fireworks as two of the top teams in the league clash at Kyadondo.
The first leg was a nail-biting encounter that saw Heathens sneak a last-minute win with a drop goal by Aaron Ofoywroth who set out to play the “devil itself” in breaking blue hearts but to the fortunes of the Heathens at Legends.
The 15-17 loss to Heathens in the first leg, is the only defeat the Blue Army have suffered so far this season and they will be looking at returning the favour to their hosts if they are able to clinch this one away.
Kobs might be looking for revenge, as they haven’t managed to beat Heathens in such a long time and they come into this game as the league leaders, but Heathens won’t be making it easy for them.
The host team sit just one point behind them in the standings, and a win will see them move to the top of the pile.
The Heathens will be hoping that their home advantage will play a significant role in securing a victory. Their fans are known for their passionate support and will be out in full force to cheer on their Yellow Machine.
On the other hand, Kobs will come into the game with plenty of motivation. They are a team that has been performing consistently throughout the season having scored the highest points in the league and there is no doubt that they will be looking to maintain that form in this game.

The hosts will as known not be with the difference maker in the first leg tie, Aaron Ofyowroth and captain Michael Okorach who are away with the national sevens team.
Having led the league points score chart before his departure, Ofyorwoth’s unavailability in this game will have an impact on Heathen’s performance since his ”risk taking” is what has always given heathens the edge in this fixture. The home side will therefore hope the effect of his absence does not display in uncontrollable measures.
Allan Otim’s services will as well be missed on the day.
Kobs:
Mark Osuna rejoins the team from the sevens camps, and has been confirmed to be coming off bench in the game.
Ian Munyani and Adrian Kasito still not with the team and therefore will be missed in action.
Pius Ogena, the leading try scorer will also not be available together with hooker Faragi Odugo and Jude Jjuko.
