There will be no room for error as Kitara FC welcome Police FC at Kigaaya play grounds on Thursday in the FUFA Big League.
Kitara, coached by Sam Simbwa, suffered a 1-0 defeat Calvary in Yumbe last week.
That loss was Simbwa’s first league defeat ever since taking over at his new home and it also denied them chance to extend their leadership at the top.
And now, they are second on the log after Mbarara City picked up maximum points against Ndejje University on Thursday to storm the summit.
In Police FC, they welcome a side that is still in the race as they are not far away from the top spot.
But Simbwa will rally his charges as they seek to regain their top position and also bounce back to winning ways Infront of their home fans.
On the other hand, the visitors Police FC will be seeking to stop Kitara when they take a visit to Kigaaya play grounds.
The Cops were held by Mbarara City in their 1- all draw at Kavumba Recreation grounds last week on Thursday.
And now, they face a Kitara side, that also has the same ambitions of fighting for promotion places.
But with a few games to go, each game is now like a final and that will push Police FC to stage a better performance against Kitara.
