Uganda Premier League side Bright Stars will hope to overcome Buganda Regional League side Kiyinda Boys in a bid to extend their run in the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
However, Bright Stars should be on top of their game if they are to get rid of the Minnows to reach the Quarterfinals.
They face a side that has already produced an upset in this competition when they ejected a Uganda Premier League side Gadaffi in the round of 64.
Bright Stars last played a competitive game on March 3rd after beating Blacks Power 3-1.
They will be hoping to avoid being eliminated by the lower teams, with Arua Hill, UPDF and Maroons have fallen to the swords.
Progressing to this round, Bright Stars eliminated Mbale Heroes 4-3 on Penalties after a one-all draw.
For Kiyinda Boys, they will seek to cause an upset to yet another top flight side.
Steven Namuwanda and Steven Dube Inspired Kiyinda Boys past Kigezi Homeboyz to qualify to this round.
Coming into this game, Kiyinda Boys eased past Standard High Zana with a 3-0 victory in their league encounter.
They sit second in the Buganda Regional League with 34 points after 14 matches.
