*Onduparaka 0-2 URA
SC Villa and Gaddafi shared spoils in their opening game of the Second Round of the Uganda Premier League at Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.
After a frenetic first half, it’s Gaddafi who took the lead through Alex Kitata who headed in from a corner.
But Villa found a leveller a minute later when Joseph Kafumbe who was at the end of Edward Masembe’s cross to fire into the roof.
Hassan Musana almost scored from his own half when he caught SC Villa goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa miles off his line but his wild attempt bounced before ricocheting off the woodwork.
Villa also earlier had a good chance to get an opener when Charles Bbale freed David Owori but the debutant sent his effort poorly wide.
The result leaves SC Villa unbeaten in five games, and are now fifth with 25 points.
Gaddafi are seventh on the log with 22 points and will visit Onduparaka in their next encounter.
