Official: Mustafa Kizza Back at KCCA

Uganda premier League side KCCA FC have confirmed the return of left back Mustafa Kizza.

The Lugogo based giants revealed that Kizza has rejoined the side until the end of the ongoing 2022/23 season.

“Kizza Mustafa has returned to KCCA FC.
The left back has signed for his boyhood club, KCCA FC, until the end of the 2022/23 season,” reads a statement from the club.

For the past weeks, Kizza has been training with KCCA FC and even played some of the club friendlies including one against Bright Stars last month, making his return imminent.

He rejoins KCCA FC as a free agent, ever since leaving Portuguese side Arouca FC last year in December.

Before his move to Portugal, Kizza was at MLS Montreal Impact, a side he had joined in 2020 from KCCA FC.

Back then during his old days at KCCA FC under then head coach Mike Mutebi, Kizza was a shinning star as he won titles for the club and also featured on the continental level.

And his return is a big boost to the Morley Byekwaso coached side as they seek to end their trophy drought this season.
