The Defending champions of the Stanbic Uganda Cup BUL FC have progressed to the Round of 32 with a 1-0 win over Buganda Region side Sparks FC.
In the game that was played at Kirondo Play Ground in Mukono, Hillary Onek scored the only goal in the 51st minute.
It was a resilient show for the hosts who were cheered on by a sizeable crowd, but BUL used their vast experience to get the job done.
And Coach Alex Isabirye will be fancying another trip to the final, for a third season running.

Kampala Region side Ntinda United lost to FUFA Big League side Ndejje University 3-1 at Kampala Quality.
The visitors scored their 3 goals in the first half thanks to Wasswa Nsale’s brace in the first two minutes and a goal from Obedi Brian in the 9″ while the hosts’ consolation came in the second half.
BUL and Ndejje have advanced to the Round of 32 where they have joined five other teams that won their games on Sunday.
