Odeke and Bbale leaves UCU Canons after finishing their studies, having graduated at the Mukono-based Christian University last year.
They are the first new signings at the club in this window for a club that has reportedly added Edrine Walujjo from UPDF Tomahawks.
Bbale provides more option at the back court especially with Ben Komakech and Jimmy Enabu at the end of their careers.
Odeke on the other hand, is a scoring big man, and will provide the needed depth after the side lost Francis Azolibe to Burundi league.
Odeke scored 10.6 rebounds and 8.8 points last season as UCU Canons were stopped at the semifinals by City Oilers.
