Uganda premier League side BUL FC have completed the signing of Striker Samuel Kayongo Ssekamate and Emmanuel Kalyowa.
The former Bright Stars sharp striker joins the Jinja based club on a two year’s deal and his official unveiling was made official on Saturday.
He joins from another Uganda premier League side Arua Hill, a side he joined way back in 2021 after his spell at Bright Stars.
“Striker Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte has joined us from Arua Hill on a two – year contract, reads a statement from Bul FC.
Upon his unveiling, Bul head coach Alex Isabirye admitted that Ssekamate is the right player to join his team.
“Sam is a good striker who can score goals, create chances and he is the right player we can sign now.”
“He will absolutely add something to the team and I believe he will do the job but I will not put pressure on him.”
During his time at Arua Hill, Ssekamate scored five goals and contributed seven assists during his one and a half year spell.
At Bul, he will be expected to fill the void left by forward Karim Ndugwa, who left for Vipers in this January transfer market.

Red Arrows in Zambia,
Masaka LC, now defucant SC Victoria University and KCCA FC.
Emmanuel Kalyowa has joined BUL from Big League side Kyetume FC as the Club’s second signing in this January window.
Kalyowa comes with great experience after spells with Vipers SC, Express, Tooro United and SC Villa.
Coach Isabirye said of the midfielder: ““Kalyowa is among those players in the country who can work out chances, so we have brought him to help increase our creativity upfront.“
