Olila Women team have expressed their readiness ahead of the second round of the FUFA Women’s Super League.
The Club held their official media day in Soroti at Olila High School.
The team squad took part in several photo and video shoots for the official broadcasters, once again dusting off their best poses and smiles for the cameras.
Club head Coach Pande Cifu stated that he is determined to knit out good performances in the second.
Cifu said: “We have resumed preparations for the second round. We didn’t have the best first round and we are working hard as a team since we have objectives to achieve.”
“We are working on some of the aspects that needed improvement such as set pieces and defending as we aim to get maximum points in every game we play.”
Team captain Marion Amangat who is also the longest-serving player at the club, added, “I have been with the club since 2015 and am so glad to be part of this amazing club, we have featured in all editions of the FUFA Women’s super league which is a great achievement for us.”

The team ended the first round in fifth position with 12 points from 9 games and will be working towards not only getting maximum points on the pitch but also shining off it by increasing their engagement with the fans through their Public Relations and branding.
