Preview: KCCA FC Eager To Bounce Back

League leaders KCCA FC target maximum points against struggling Busoga United as they seek to bounce back to winning ways at Lugogo.

KCCA FC played out a 1-1 draw against BUL FC in their previous game, putting an end on their four games winning run but they managed to remain on an eight games unbeaten run.

The Kasasiro boys will be eager to return to winning ways in front of their home crowd against Busoga United who have only managed to win three league games so far.

Head coach Morley Byekwaso has urged his side to work hard and pick a positive result: “We need to be very aware of our opponents and we need to work hard to get a result at home. We respect our opponents and we are aware of their current situation but we need to be clinical and take away our chances.”

Busoga United come into this game on top of a 1-0 home loss against Arua Hill despite picking up a vital away win against Wakiso Giants in a 3-2 victory.

Busoga United have encountered a tougher first round of the season as they currently sit 14th on the log with just six points from 12 games.

They face a huge task as they visit KCCA, a side which they are yet to pick a win from and hold a better home record as they remain unbeaten at home with just a single draw.

KCCA FC has won nine games from the 11 meetings they have faced each other with the other two games ending in draws.

Busoga remains hopefully as they have managed to pick up two league wins away from home defeating Wakiso Giants 3-2 and Onduparaka by 1-0 .
