*France Vs Morocco

Morocco will be seeking to extend their fairy tale at the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup when they face off with France in Wednesday’s semifinal.

A place to the final is at stake and the Atlas Lions will be backing themselves for another shocking result against the holders.

Morocco beat Portugal thanks to En-Nesyri’s only goal of the game to become the first African nation to reach the World Cup semifinals.

Cameroon (1990), Senegal (2002) and Ghana (2010) had all come close but failed at the quarterfinals hurdle.

Coach Walid Regragui’s side have been outstanding in Qatar where they topped a group that had Canada, Belgium and Croatia.

They then beat Spain 3-0 in shootouts at the Round of 16 where goalkeeper Yassine Bounou saved two efforts.

Speaking of Bounou, the Sevilla goalkeeper has conceded just one goal, coming as an own goal against Canada!

In the other semifinal, Lionel Messi’s Argentina face off with Croatia who will fancy another run to the final after falling to France in 2018 Russia.

Uganda national Broadcaster, UBC TV (channel 201 on antenna decoder / 447 on satellite decoder on StarTimes and StarTimes ON App) will bring the whole live broadcast of all the remaining games.
