•Busoga United 0-1 Arua Hill
Arua Hill picked maximum points away from home after a hard fought 1-0 win over Busoga United in a league game played at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru.
Reagan Mpande scored the only goal of the game just before halftime to hand the Kongolos all the points.
Busoga United goalkeeper Sanon Mulabi will take the blame for the goal after he spilled a tame shot from Richard Matovu for Mpande to volley in a rebound.
Busoga United, hosting their first home game at Njeru, huffed and puffed but could not get an equaliser.
Dickson Niwamanya came closest but his header was punched out by Arua Hill goalkeeper Rogers Omeddwa who was facing his former side.
Ibrahim Kayiwa shot weakly at Omeddwa while Niwamanya later couldn’t find the target from long range.
It’s the fifth home defeat for Busoga United who previously lost four home games at Kakindu against URA, Gaddafi, Express and Bright Stars.
Arua Hill bounce back from the 1-0 loss to BUL and have climbed to sixth place with 19 points while Busoga sink second from the bottom.
