Preview: Arua Hill Target Third Straight Win
Arua Hill will be hoping to stretch their form to three wins in a row when they welcome BUL at Barifa in a league game on Tuesday.
The Kongolos have won two games in a row having beaten Onduparaka in a West Nile derby and Express at Wankulukuku.
Such has been a needed reaction from Livingston Mbabazi’s charges after losing four games in a row.
It hasn’t been rosy for the side after they needed to come from down against Onduparaka while Isaac Ogwang’s goal at Wankulukuku came against the run of play.
And with 16 points in 10 games, Arua Hill are currently 7th on the log.
Against BUL, they face a side that can match their physicality and intensity from the word go.
BUL have been consistently inconsistent – winning one and losing the next, and they come into the Barifa on the back of a 2-1 win over leaders Wakiso Giants.
Walter Ochora and Vincent zziwa scored the goals at Njeru to down Wakiso Giants and the side will be seeking to add another positive result.
Coach Alex Isabirye celebrated his birthday on Monday, and he will be targeting maximum points as a good present to mark the occasion.
BUL can finish the day on top of the table with 23 points if they can grab a win.
Last season, they managed just a point at Barifa with Karim Ndugwa and Simon Peter Oketch on target while Samuel Ssekamatte and Wahab Gaddafi scored for Arua Hill.
Head To Head
•Arua Hill 2-2 BUL
•BUL 4-0 Arua Hill
