Wednesday 23rd November
Gaddafi 2-0 Arua Hill
Onduparaka 0-0 Wakiso Giants

Bottom side Onduparaka FC held current table leaders Wakiso Giants to a goalless draw in a league game held at the Bombo Military grounds on Wednesday.

The two sides, playing on a water logged Bombo military ground failed to find a break through in the entire game.

The draw leaves Onduparaka winless in their opening eight games and they remain rock bottom with just two points now.

For Wakiso Giants, they remained top and are now on 18 points after nine games so far in the season.

Playing away from home, Wakiso Giants head coach made a couple of changes with the pair of Moses Aliro and Ibrahim Kasule starting on the bench.

But at half time, the two side barely created clear cut chances on goal as they were hindered by a water logged surface after a heavy downpour at Bombo.

After the break, the visitors, Wakiso Giants tried to stage a better performance as they started opening up.

At the hour mark, despite the introduction for Aliro and Kasule, who have been the shinning stars for the Giants, they failed to find a break through like they have always done this season.

The hosts Onduparaka, barely threatened and hence settled for another point at home.

The result leaves Onduparaka rock bottom on just two points from as many games and they must step up if they are to survive relagation this season.

For Wakiso Giants, they will feel proud for picking up another point on the road and they remain on top with 18 points.
