Asubo Gafford Part Ways with Head Coach Isaac Ogogo

FUFA Women Super League side, Asubo Gafford Ladies have parted ways with head coach Isaac Ogogo.

These new developments were made official on Monday evening this week via the club’s social media handles.

By the time of his departure, the gaffer leaves the team in the ninth position on a 10-team log with only three points collected from five games so far.

“On mutual consent, we have parted ways with head coach Isaac Ogogo. We thank him for the time he has been with us and we wish him the best in his endeavors. The coach’s position fall vacant as of now, reads a statement from the club.

Asubo Gafford, who are new comers in the Fufa Women super league have had a poor start under Ogogo.

They have suffered four losses, conceded the most goals (13) and are currently second from the bottom with only three points.

Their only victory came against Olila High School with a 1-0 win in a game held at Kampala Quality grounds.

But over the weekend, they suffered a 3-0 loss to Lady Doves away from home to add to their misery.

It is to this poor performance that made the club management to end their marriage with Ogogo.

They will host Kawempe Muslim at Kampala Quality grounds this weekend on Saturday as they seek to kick start a new life without Ogogo.
