Arua Hill Confirm Nine New Signings

Arua based Uganda Premier League side Arua Hill have confirmed their new signings ahead of their second season in the top tier.

The Kongolo have signed 9 players; a Goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 2 Midfielders, a striker and a Winger.

Goalkeeper Martin Ssenkooto joins from 16 times Champions SC Villa, Defenders Paul Musamali from Gadaffi, Isaac Okello and Denis Andama from Onduparaka and Ibrahim Musa.

Kachanchu Gadafi was signed from Bright Stars after spending the second half of the season on loan at Mbarara City and Abdullah Salim are the two Midfielders who have joined.

Striker Isaac Ogwang joined from SC Villa and Winger Reagan Mpande from FUFA Big League side Ndejje University.

The Kongolo lost a number of players including talisman Alfred Leku who joined Zesco United in Zambia, Robert Eseru who scored their first ever goal in the top flight in a 2-0 victory over Express.

Goalkeeper Eric Kibowa, David Ndihabwe who returned to Maroons, Ibrahim Magandaazi who joined UPDF and Ibrahim Thembo who signed for FUFA Big League side Mbarara City all left Arua Hill at the end of the season.

Livingstone Mbabazi side will Kickstart their campaign on Match-day two as they host KCCA at Barifa Stadium on Friday 7th October.

Midfielders: Kanchanchu Gadafi, Abdullah Salim

Winger: Reagan Mpande
