Eric Senjobe becomes the latest signing confirmed by URA FC after agreeing on a two-year contract deal.
The defender joins from Police FC where he has been since July 2020, and it was hard to believe that the Defender would stay at relegated side.
“We are delighted to announce that Senjobe Eric has joined the tax collectors on 2 year contract,” the club stated.
“Senjobe has been training with the Tax collectors for the past 3 weeks and has impressed the coaching team with his defensive ability”
The left back is also a former Terenova academy graduate, where he joined KCCA FC in 2017 before signing for police in search for playing time.
Earlier, URA also confirmed the signature of midfielder Michael Lubowa from Impala Hill FC on a two year contract.
This takes the tally of URA FC new signings to ten players including James Begisa, George Ssenkaaba, Ronald Andabati, Salim Abdallah, Yusuf Wasswa, Allan Opiro, Derrick Nsimbabi and Patrick Matovu.
Seven players left club in just concluded transfer market – Steven Mukwala, Cromwell Rwothomio, Arafat Galiwango, Ashraf Mandela, Moses Sseruyidde, Davis Sali and Ivan Sserubiri.
The four-time Uganda premier League champions open up their quest for a silver ware this season on Saturday 2, October against Onduparaka at home.
