Fufa Women Super League side Kampala Queens have officially completed the signing of former UCU forward Hasifa Nassuna.
Nassuna’s official unveiling was made official on Monday morning via the club’s official social media pages.
“Finally the wait is over. She’s the latest queen in the palace.
The G.O.A.T is in the palace, reads a statement on Kampala Queens Facebook page.
She joins from Fufa Women Super League side UCU lady Cardinals where she has been for the past seasons.
Nassuna has previously featured for Kawempe Muslim in her early days.
Last season, Nassuna reached 100 goals, a milestone only achieved by her in recent times.
And without a doubt, given her experience, she is a big addition to the Queens of soccer as they seek for the big prize this season.
She now becomes the latest addition for Kampala Queens after Sumaya Komuntale, Teddy Najjuma, Asia Nakibuuka, goalkeeper Daisy Nakaziro, Elizabeth Nakigozi and Grace Aluka.
Kampala Queens got off a bright start with 5-0 win over new comers Asubo Gafford in their first game of the season played at the IUIU Kabojja Grounds on Sunday.
They will visit defending champions She Corporates next next week on Sunday at Mubs Arena in nakawa.
