Uganda Cranes defender Halid Lwaliwa has been unveiled at his new team Bregalnica FC.
Bregalnica is a club that competes in the North Macedonia (Europe) First League, the Country’s top flight division.
Lwaliwa joins Bregalnica after ending his spell at Vipers where he has been since 2014 after he was promoted to the senior ranks.
The former student at St Mary’s School in Kitende, helped the Venoms win the league title last season and is the latest player to exit the side after Cesar Manzoki who moved to China.

Lwaliwa has been one of the elite defenders in Uganda Premier League and a main stay on the National team since making his senior debut in 2019.
Good in the air, a game reader and leader, Lwaliwa will hope to use all his attributes to help his new side finish among the top three to qualify for European Competitions.
The Club finished 7th last season on a 12-team log and are currently fourth after five games.
For Vipers on the other hand, they replaced Lwaliwa in defence with experienced Murushid Juuko.
The arm band has already been passed to Milton Karisa who will be assisted by Siraje Ssentamu and Ashraf Mandela.
The Kitende-based side are set to lose Midfielder Bobosi Byaruhanga to another club in Europe.
Bobosi is reportedly joining Czech club MFK Vyškov.
