Anwar Ntege: Striker Joins Express

Uganda Premier League side Express FC have announced the signing of striker Anwar Ntege.

Ntege joins the Red Eagles on a two-year contract after ending his stay at Busoga United FC.

“I am excited to join Express FC, I have been a club fan, and I desire to help the club meet it’s targets and also looking forward to being one of the top scorers in the league,” Ntege is quoted by the Red Eagles website.

He joins the Red Eagles with experience having featured in Big League side Ndejje University, URA and BUL.

His announcement comes a day after the club confirmed the departure of Eric Kambale to Al-Merrikh while the other striker George Ssenkaaba joined URA.

The Club also recently unveiled Right back Andrew Kaggwa (Bright Stars) and Hamim Ssemakula (Ndejje University).

Shungai Kaliisa, Hassan Mubiru and Daniel Lukwago were promoted from the Junior team while Joseph Dhata and Marvin Oshaba are the other new additions.
