Uganda Premier League side URA is in talks with Police FC Midfielder Fahad Kizito to acquire his services.
The Tax Collectors are in search of players to bolster their squad having lost a number of key players at the end of the season.
Sam Timbe side have identified Fahad Kizito as a player who will add spice to their midfield.
The Midfielder who didn’t help his side Police FC avoid relegation is now without a club after the end of contract with the Cops.
URA finished third last season and have since parted ways with a number of players including striker Steven Mukwala who joined Ghanaian side Asante Kotoko.
Brian Nkuubi was unveiled by new entrants Maroons, Ashraf Mandela crossed to Champions Vipers, Midfielder Moses Sseruyidde, Leftback Arafat Galiwango and Sharif Katongole also left the club.
URA have so far confirmed the signing of UPDF Right Back James Begisa and George Ssenkaba from Express while Najib Fesali and Ivan Sserubiri extended their contracts.
