Uganda fell to England in the Netball tournament at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The She Cranes were second best against a well oiled England team who led right from the word go.
England, the defending champions, were a better side at both ends of the court and limited She Cranes to single digit scores in each of the first three quarters.

Uganda trailed 13-7 after the first, 25-15 at halftime and the gap widen to 18 goals going into the last quarter before England won by a difference of 21.
The She Cranes struggled to feed Peace Proscovia in the opening exchanges and the Captain scored 8 goals before coming off.
Mary Nuba Cholhok managed 6 goals while Shadia Nassanga added nine goals on 12 attempts.
Eleanor Caldwell led the way for the hosts with 27 goals, Jo Harten came off the bench to add 14 while Helen Housby scored 15.

It’s the second loss for She Cranes after New Zealand and the side will look for better fortunes against Northern Ireland on Wednesday.
