The Uganda Netball Federation has confirmed the start dates for the 2022 National Netball League season.

The League will throw off on Friday, September 2022, played at a single venue.

The Federation, in a letter seen by this website, confirmed that the fixture will be issued out on Tuesday, August 16.

NIC are the defending champions having won the league with 34 points after 18 games while KCCA and Makindye Weyonje came second and third respectively.

Eight of the supposed 14 teams have already confirmed participation while six including NIC are yet to confirm.

The other five are NIC, KCCA, KBK, Airforce, Mutlex and UPDF.

Confirmed Teams – Busia Greater Lions, UCU, Police, Luweero, Posta, Africa Renewal, Weyonje, Prisons.
