Uganda finished 10th in the Men’s Rugby 7s tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The Rugby Cranes lost to England 17-31 in the 9th place playoff game at Coventry Stadium.
Aaron Ofoyrwoth, Timothy Kisiga and Karim Arinaitwe scored a Try each while Philip Wokorach converted one of the three conversations.
But the effort proved not enough against an England side who has Jamie Anderson score a hat-trick.
Tomy Emery and Tom Bowen added a Try each for the English side who finish ninth.

Uganda had finished third – behind Australia and Kenya – in Pool D to miss a place in the knockout.
But made amends in the placement games where they put up an impressive run before falling to hosts England.
They beat Sri Lanka and Tonga to book a date with England.
The Rugby Cranes were 9th in 2018 Gold Coast after finishing 11th thrice in the previous editions.
South Africa beat double Olympic champions Fiji 31-07 to win gold.
Muller du Plessis scored a brace of tries while Jc Pretorious, Shaun Williams and Mfundo Ndhlovu had a Try each.
