Ndejje University Angels beat JKL Dolphins to record their sixth win at the Tusker-Lite sponsored NBL match at YMCA.

Ndejje were good value for the result after an impressive start that helped them lead 33-23 going into the long break.

And they outscored them 47-30 in the second half to claim a deserved win.

Samuel Ajak scored a game high 30 points, Joseph Kumbai and Godwin Muhamiriro added 20 and 13 points respectively for Ndejje.

Christopher Agengu and Mabol Makol managed 11 points each for JKL Dolphins in a losing effort.

It’s the sixth win for Ndejje from 18 games and a good bounce back after they were well beaten 104-76 by UPDF Tomahawks in their previous game.

It’s also revenge for Ndejje who lost 77-70 to JKL in the first round meeting.

It was the 11th loss for JKL Dolphins who continued to miss Brian Namake.
