Uganda Premier League side URA FC are said to be in advanced talks with attacking Midfielder Salim Abdallah.
The Midfielder ended his stay at SC Villa after expiry of his contract recently.
Sources close to the player claim that he wanted to renew his stay at the club but SC Villa were offering less than his wishes.
SC Villa were offering as little as Sh5m for Salim to renew a three-year contract.
Reports have told The-SportsNation that Club Technical Director Andy Mwesigwa told the player that “If you can’t take that amount, find elsewhere.”
Earlier, KCCA FC had also shown interest in the youngster but it’s URA who have upped their bid and a deal may be agreed in few days.
He was one of the darlings at the club and fans had nicknamed “Muwarabu”.
He started out at Kisoro Young Simba around 2010 before joining the Villa Academy until he was promoted to the Senior team.
He studied at St Mary’s Kitende, Buddo and Standard High Zzana and will be making 20 years old next month.
