The 2022/23 Uganda Premier League season tentative kickoff dates have been set on September 30 2022.
That will make exactly 132 days since the previous season ended on May 21 2022 when Vipers where crowned the league champions.
The draft fixtures are expected to be released on August 10 by the Secretariat.
Pilsner Super Eight competition returns on August 1, a preseason tournament that fine-tunes selected top clubs before the start of the season.
The club’s will received their licenses due August 1-5.
An All Star match will be played on September 1, an event that will mark its second edition.
The Primary Registration window will end on September 21.
The first round will end on December 22 before the second round kicks off on January 9th 2023.
In between, the Secondary Transfer window will begin on January 1 until 30th that month where clubs will be allowed to reinforce their squad in terms of players recruitment.
The Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 will kickoff on January 10th.
The Uganda Premier League 2022/23 season will then end on June 1-4 with Match-day 30.
These are tentative dates which are subject to change.
Blacks Power, Kyetume and Maroons are the newly promoted teams, with the former set for their maiden appearance in top flight.
