Faisal Wabyoona: KCCA FC New Signing Aware of Task At Hand


KCCA FC new signing Faisal Wabyoona says that he is aware of the task at hand after sealing a move to the club

The Midfielder has joined KCCA FC on a 5-year deal until 2027.

The youngster was part of Uganda Hippos in the AFCON U20 finals in Mauritania 2021.

And the deal reunites him with coach Morley Byekwaso who was also his coach at the Uganda Hippos.

“I feel very happy to sign for KCCA FC. This is a very big club and I am aware of the task at hand but I am ready for the competition,” Wabyoona said.

“I have worked with the Manager Morley Byekwaso at the U20 National Team and this was an easy decision for me to make. I can wait to get started soon with the lads.”

Wabyoona, a former Bright Stars FC and Big Talent Academy player, was part of KCCA FC squad that recently toured Burundi for the Nkurunziza Cup.

He is the second player to join KCCA FC in this transfer window after Moses Waiswa.
