BUL FC have confirmed striker Frank Kalanda as their first new signing, the club has announced.
Kalanda joins BUL FC on a two-year deal after ending his stay at Police, a side he joined last season.
He is has played for Express over two spells, URA FC, Tooro United and also had stints in Rwanda at AS Kigali.
“Being part of the biggest clubs in Busoga and Uganda at large is exciting,” he is quoted by the Club.
“I am so thankful for this opportunity given by the club and the coach – Alex Isabirye; and I am willing to work with the entire technical team, management, teammates, and fans altogether.”

BUL FC are expected to add in more players as they prepare to make their debut on the Continent next season.
They reached that milestone after beating Vipers to win the Stanbic Uganda Cup, an achievement that earns the winner a ticket to the CAF Confederation Cup.
They finished 4th last season in the league with 52 points, their best placement since joining top flight.
