Playing in the losers match after finishing third on the log, the Victoria Pearls ran out Rwanda with just 50 runs inside the 18th over.
Consy Aweko and Sarah Akiteng picked three wickets each, with Ishimwe Henriette who scored 12 runs off 16 balls the only Rwandese player to score in double figures.

With an easy task at hand, Uganda successfully chased the score in just 10 overs to win by Eight Wickets.
Openers Kevin Awino (5) and Gloria Abukor (3) fell early, but Janet Mbabazi (15) and Rita Musamali (17) patiently lifted Uganda to the target with about 62 balls to spare.
The Victoria Pearls tournament leaves Kwibuka with five wins and two losses (Kenya and Tanzania).
Tanzania beat defending champions Kenya by 44 runs to win their second title from as many attempts.
