Cricket Cranes coach Laurence Mahatlane has confirmed the 14-man squad list for the forthcoming Cricket Challenge League B series due 14th to 28th June in Kampala.
The team, a mix of youthful and experienced players, will fight to maintain their lead at the top of the standings with a three point lead ahead of Hong Kong.
Uganda won all their games in Oman with Shahzad Ukani registering the most runs in the tournament on 275 runs.
Uganda the hosts will open up the events with their first game coming against New Jersey at the Lugogo Cricket Oval on the 17th June at 10:00 am in the opening event ceremony.
The cricket cranes will face off with Hong Kong at Kyambogo in their second game on the 20th before taking on Bermuda on 21st at Lugogo and also face Italy at Kyambogo on 24th June.
The East African derby against Kenya will be the last game for Uganda as they will face off at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
The tournament will have six Nations compete in the three round path way to the 50 over world cup 2023 in India as a top ranked team will proceed to the last qualifying round.
